UBI & Grin release a new patch for Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2.

Change notes:
- New speedhack check.
- Improved Anti-Cheat system.
- Added server log file.
- Open the console with a command in the chat:
( /open or /console ). Close it again with /close.
- Screenshot bug fixed.
- TDM tagging issues fixed.
- Playernames now visible in server info window
- Added a punish_suicide option to the server_settings.xml file.
- Fixed the mounted gun so it will be counted in the statistics.
- Added Night vision to the mounted gun.
- Objective markers properly removed now in Coop.
- Fixed some ordering issues in Campaign Coop.
- help_server_settings.txt added to settings directory.
- Several tweaks and bugfixes.
- 2 New weapons added, M240 Machinegun and M1014 Shotgun.

After a few hours of work we are back online. Our site is still not 100 % operational, but we will working on it. If there are any questions or thoughts let us know in our forums.

I know some of you will need some time to get used to new layout, but this is it for now.

GRAW Fans,

Over the last two months we delivered two free and exclusive multiplayer packs for GRAW PC that included Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch and Hamburger Hill modes. In the UBISOFT tradition of taking the game experience even further, we are happy to offer one final multiplayer pack for the Ghost Recon community.

We would like to give you the opportunity to be part of our beta test expected to start end of August. On that occasion and during one week you will have the opportunity to be the first ones to test the new and most awaited Siege mode, take part to the Original GR coop. mode and use the all new console admin tools. Last but not least, your feedbacks and comments will help us finalize the MP pack 3 and will ensure that the GRAW multiplayer experience is taken one step further.

As a beta tester, we expect you to both judge GRAW MP PACK 3 technically as well as qualitatively and to explore all modes and features. Be the ones that show the most interest and dedication to this beta-test and win exclusive GR goodies.

UBI/GRIN have released the new patch/addon.

Ubisoft have released some more detailed information on the contents of the upcoming multiplayer pack 2.

Together with more screens for the upcomming release they must have thought another Q&A would interest the GR community!

*We developed 3 unique maps and I am sure fans will be happy to know that 2 of them are pretty rural.

*We have adapted the five original maps from the Domination mode for the Team Deathmatch

*Hamburger Hill modes

Complete Objective (CO)
Tug of War (ToW)

GRAW PC Map Pack #2 is coming out! But hold on to your pants. Not today.

List of features :
- Hamburger Hill game Type
- Team Death Match
- KillCam ( a feature showing you how you died and who shot you - http://www.ghostrecon.com )
- new maps - since it's called GRAW PC Map Pack #2 we can expect some new maps in this patch.

But the KillCam is not what it seems. This is just observer mode, like in Ghost Recon 1. Once you get killed you can observe your team mates.

No release date though.

UBI/GRIN have released the patch that upgrades GRAW to v1.20.

In this patch you can find the following fixes/updates:

- A serious timing issue that could cause servers to crash or lock up on map rotation after a 7-10 hour idle period has been fixed.
- Increased the grace period for anticheat to recieve a reply from the client.
- Fixed crash where AI snipers would crash the game when noticing vehicles.
